SALARY: $125,000 - $155,000 base salary plus performance bonuses

Role Summary:

As a Senior Client Relationship Executive, you will be an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to nurturing long-term, strategic partnerships with our most significant clients. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strategic connections with key decision-makers, ensuring the successful implementation and overall satisfaction of our clients. You will deliver value and measurable returns on investment, identify growth opportunities, and manage the client renewal process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain robust, enduring relationships with our Enterprise Clients, including Asset Servicers, Asset Managers, and Asset Owners.
  • Collaborate with various teams such as Product, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Leadership to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices for client retention, including the development of business reports.
  • Enhance net dollar retention through post-sales expansion and renewals for Canoe's clientele.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on driving adoption, retention, growth, and value realization.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, present insights, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering ROI presentations or business reviews to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS environments is highly desirable.
  • Background in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments is strongly preferred.
