Job Overview

Vimeo is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to cultivate and sustain partnerships with our clientele. In this capacity, you will be tasked with enhancing existing enterprise accounts within our Vimeo Enterprise offerings. Additionally, you will pinpoint and secure significant opportunities within your portfolio. We prioritize intelligence and ingenuity, and are in search of an individual who consistently aims to deliver exceptional results.

Location: This position is targeted for the greater New York City area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts within Vimeo's Enterprise product customer base in our Corporate segment, focusing on expanding these established relationships.
  • Anticipate and comprehend clients' business requirements to ensure the success of key accounts.
  • Enhance client relationships through continuous communication and innovative solutions.
  • Proactively oversee customer pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Effectively communicate Vimeo's value proposition both in-person and through automated channels.
  • Assist in gathering client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to accommodate clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record in retaining and expanding accounts.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales tools, including CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Online Video Platforms (OVP) or familiarity with online video technologies.
  • Understanding of live streaming technologies.
  • Experience managing a $4MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) portfolio.
  • History of surpassing sales quotas.

Compensation:

Targeted Base Salary Range: $81,900 to $125,500.

The base salary range mentioned above is applicable for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
