Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager with extensive experience in marketing Enterprise Applications specifically for the Media & Entertainment sector to join our dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the sales of Enterprise Applications customized for Media & Entertainment clients.
- Identify and cultivate significant large accounts with potential revenues ranging from $5MM to $25MM.
- Showcase your proficiency in SAP and other prominent platforms such as SFDC, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
- Take accountability for meeting financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your accounts.
- Engage in both hunting and farming strategies to expand our client base.
- Oversee the complete sales process, including lead qualification, pre-sales activities like demonstrations, and contract finalization.

Client Relationship Management:
- Strategically enhance customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention while identifying upselling opportunities.

Sales Strategy:
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and various lead generation methods.
- Manage the sales cycle effectively, including lead qualification, presentations, quoting, and closing deals.
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize long-term agreements with clients within your designated territory.

Account Planning:
- Create a comprehensive account plan detailing necessary relationships, targeted opportunities, anticipated revenue, and potential challenges.

Performance Metrics:
- Maintain commitment reports and monthly bookings (in USD and openings) in collaboration with Sales Operations.
- Conduct financial planning and reporting for your accounts.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success in driving sales of Enterprise Applications tailored for the Media & Entertainment industry.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong network of C-suite and senior-level contacts within the media sector, crucial for influencing the adoption of Enterprise Applications.

- Proficient in navigating complex account landscapes, particularly with expertise in SAP and other leading platforms like SFDC, Oracle, and ServiceNow.

- Comfortable presenting software solutions and engaging with both technical and non-technical executives across all organizational levels.

- A solid understanding of how to develop and manage a territory business plan.

Compensation:
Globant anticipates that the annual base salary for this role will fall between $180,000 and $215,000. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus of 66.67% of the annual base salary. Specific offer details will be determined by considering various factors, including the candidate's primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal equity.
