Job Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Enhance the client portfolio by establishing connections with new customers and expanding our business reach.

Client Relations: Ensure continuous engagement with current clients, addressing their requirements and managing catering orders, including menu selections and event details.

Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations at the production facility, organizing routes and deliveries for upcoming events.

Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with external venues, suppliers, and event coordinators to improve our service capabilities.

Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present sales agreements and estimates for client review and approval.

Sales Reporting: Regularly update the Facility Director on catering sales performance, ensuring effective communication regarding order preparations.

Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the catering department, kitchen staff, and off-site teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve any concerns related to food quality or service delivery.

Networking: Actively represent Iacofano Group, LLC at industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Event Coordination: Organize tastings for both on-site and off-site events, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives, marketing initiatives, and action plans, effectively utilizing various marketing channels.

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Proficient in computer applications, including catering management systems.

Excellent organizational and managerial skills.

2-3 years of experience in a sales environment.

Familiarity with CRM and event planning software.

Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.

Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
