Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Operations Lead to become a vital part of our Content and App Partner Engagement (CAPE): Marketing, Education, and Technology (MET) team.

About CAPE MET:
CAPE MET acts as the bridge between innovative Amazon technologies and external developers. We are responsible for the digital presence, analytics, and marketing tools necessary to engage and educate developers throughout their journey.

Role Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Operations Lead for CAPE MET, you will take ownership of our email and CRM automation platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the entire tool lifecycle, including contract management, budget oversight, and compliance.
  • Ensuring our email tool is secure, compliant, and scalable for global applications.
  • Maintaining high standards for email campaign assets, ensuring they are well-briefed, versioned, and delivered punctually and within budget.
  • Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to integrate our email tool with other marketing systems.
