Amazon is on the lookout for a seasoned and driven Product Marketing Strategist to become a vital part of the Relay Technology Solutions (RTS) team. RTS provides an array of technological solutions designed to enhance Middle Mile Surface Transportation operations globally. Our clientele includes carriers, their drivers, and associates from Amazon Transportation Services (ATS).
As a Lead Product Marketing Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and spearhead the execution of comprehensive go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product leadership to refine messaging and work alongside various marketing teams to effectively communicate campaign messages to the intended audience.
This pivotal role will be prominently visible at senior management levels across the Relay Technology Solutions division.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement go-to-market strategies, incorporating scalable multi-channel communication plans for carriers and drivers.
- Oversee engagement marketing tactics, fostering collaboration with relevant Amazon business units to enhance outreach and targeting.
- Work in conjunction with product and technical teams to gather customer feedback, ensuring the optimization of user experience in future product iterations.
The Relay Technology Solutions team is dedicated to delivering a suite of technological products that facilitate Middle Mile Surface Transportation operations worldwide. Our solutions have a tangible impact on customers daily, ensuring that ordered items arrive as promised.
Basic Qualifications- 7+ years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
- Proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.
- Experience in developing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
