Position Overview

The Center for Development and Disability (CDD) is a prominent institution dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through education, research, and service. Established in 1990, CDD operates as New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.

We are looking for a student employee to provide administrative support, focusing primarily on the data entry of confidential client information protected under HIPAA. The position offers 20 hours of work per week during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

The Nurse-Family Partnership and Parents as Teachers programs are two critical home visiting initiatives at CDD that cater to at-risk women and their children from the prenatal stage through to kindergarten. Additionally, our HATCH program supports families with infants transitioning from the NICU, ensuring long-term care through Healthy Families America. These services aim to foster positive health and educational outcomes for women, infants, and children in the surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data entry and verify accuracy across two web-based database systems.
  • Manage and organize inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment.
