Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relations Specialist II, you will:

  • Manage and resolve inquiries from both external and internal customers, as well as marketing partners.
  • Address a diverse range of cases, including complaints, product inquiries, and general information requests.
  • Utilize advanced skills to manage complex issues and de-escalate situations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Act as a customer advocate, conducting thorough research and applying sound business judgment to deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including General Managers and the Executive Legal Department.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience engaging with customers through various channels. Proficiency in managing inquiries and providing exceptional customer experiences is essential.
