  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding studio services and products.
  • Address and resolve daily operational issues effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and communications.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the studio's offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-level customer service.
  • Proficiency in MBO (Mind Body Online) is essential.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in a Pilates or health studio environment is advantageous.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Positive, professional demeanor.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
