The Customer Service Representative serves as a vital link between our outreach program and its members or prospective members. This role is crucial in assisting customers or potential customers with any inquiries or issues they may encounter regarding their transactions. Responsibilities include addressing member inquiries, resolving complaints, educating clients, and ensuring membership retention.
