Job Overview

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education Requirement: High School Diploma


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new orders according to client specifications.
  • Monitor ongoing orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Verify pricing and confirm product availability.
  • Address and resolve client issues by following established customer service protocols for repairs, replacements, returns, or field services.
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking and information management.
  • Assist clients with inquiries by directing them to relevant resources or more experienced staff.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening abilities.
  • Capacity to learn and comprehend technical language.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computerized data entry systems or related applications is necessary.
