Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various resources and tools to efficiently resolve cases and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with General Managers, Market Presidents, and the Executive Legal Department.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and consistently execute standard processes to meet production goals.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator with experience engaging through various channels, including phone, direct mail, email, and online platforms. This role offers high visibility and regular interaction with store operations and corporate support functions.
