Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments for auto and flat glass services.
  • Evaluate and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships through open communication with clients and vendors.
  • Address complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes, and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Organize and schedule technician assignments on a daily basis.
  • Consistently follow up on all pending estimates for clients.
  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer support within the auto/flat glass or service sectors.
  • Strong skills in handling phone interactions and active listening.
  • Familiarity with auto glass and flat glass products.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
