The Enterprise Account Manager will support a top account (largest brick and mortar retailer in America) with Rockbot at the customer's location. You will nurture this client relationship and oversee the rollout of various media marketing campaigns and overall customer success and product adoption. You will serve as the team's primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and growth.

You will:

  • Manage Media Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution of media marketing campaigns, including but not limited to: product, advertising, and program details, ensuring all elements are delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison between senior management within the client organization and our internal teams to ensure the success of complex programs, campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop Account Plans and Weekly/Monthly Reviews: Lead regular cadence meetings, business reviews, and opportunity solving sessions in collaboration with the Senior Account Director and cross functional teams.
  • Analyze and Strategize: Evaluate product performance data to uncover key insights, develop innovative strategies, and identify new opportunities during regular Business Reviews in collaboration with the Senior Account Director and cross functional teams.
  • Track and Support Account Growth: Monitor and support the expansion and performance of accounts, implementing strategies to drive growth and success in collaboration with the Senior Account Director.
  • Enhance Product Utilization: Be the Subject Matter Expert for Rockbot to promote product adoption and expansion by providing comprehensive onboarding, training, and hands-on support.
  • On-Site Engagement: Be present on-site at the corporate headquarters of the largest brick-and-mortar retailer in America for several days each week, ensuring close collaboration and support.

Experience Requirements:

  • Enterprise Client Development: Proven track record of building and nurturing partnerships with major brands.
  • Strategic Project Management: Strong skills in setting priorities, taking direction, performing root cause analysis, and managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across various functional teams, both internal and external.
  • Product Adoption Success: Consistent history of exceeding targets in product utilization and adoption.
  • Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Experience in analyzing large datasets to uncover key performance insights and developing strategies to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting, with a keen attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective planning skills.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Creative and flexible thinking with an open mind and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation Proficiency: Strong presentation and deck-building abilities with an eye for detail and visual design.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Team player mentality with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Sound Judgment: Ability to interact decisively and diplomatically in various situations.
  • Adaptability: Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, multinational environment.

Compensation:

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $120 to $150k, plus commission, equity, and benefits for all team members.
