The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with our most crucial clients in the apparel industry.

You'll be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring that their branding and packaging needs are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

You will be responsible for all product development and sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Owner (RBO) on products, prices, and artwork.
  • Product Development: Manage product development from concept to completion.
  • Label & Packaging Programs: Oversee and advise on label & packaging programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Regulatory Compliance standards for RBOs.
  • Inventory Planning: Handle label & packaging inventory planning.
  • Global Stock Management: Supervise global stock (both raw and finished goods).
  • Reporting: Produce regular and special reports for the Global Lead.
  • Pricing and Sample Records: Maintain up-to-date pricing and sample records.
  • Regional Production Concerns: Address and resolve regional production concerns.
  • Communication: Coordinate communications across production locations.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with IT and Global Lead to streamline workflows, i.e., Translation database and lookup tables, (attributes, icons, etc.).
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience.
  • Software Skills: Must be well-versed with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Microsoft Office: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Smart Sheet.
  • Pre-press, Print, and Graphic Arts: Basic understanding of pre-press, print, and traditional graphic arts procedures and standards.
  • Team Player: Great attitude and willingness to work and collaborate in a team environment under tight deadlines.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, preferably in apparel or printing.
  • Manufacturing/Production: Understanding of manufacturing/production.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive, team player, and excellent communicator.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office with focus on Excel - must know how to manage spreadsheets using formulas for price sheets.
  • Multitasking and Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage projects.
  • Discretion: Strong problem-solving skills. Can handle sensitive information discreetly.
