Job Description

**Job Summary**

Scorpion Septic is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatch Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and dispatching drivers, and ensuring seamless communication with our crews, supervisors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Relay critical information, such as work orders or other messages, to and from crews, supervisors, or management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Utilize phone systems and other communication tools to contact employees or management, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with supervisors or customers to resolve problems and requests for services, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Prepare work orders for crews, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
  • Maintain and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records, and other critical information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools, as well as Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Knowledge of Housecall Pro software for scheduling and dispatching, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
