As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and dispatching drivers, and ensuring seamless communication with our crews and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Dispatch Operations: Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs.
  • Communication: Relay information such as work orders or other messages to and from crews, supervisors, or management, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with supervisors or customers to resolve problems and requests for services, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare work orders for crews, maintain accurate records of work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, and inventory records.
  • Weekend Work: Be available to work weekends as required to ensure continuous service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, crews, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in using phone systems, communication tools, and software such as Housecall Pro for scheduling and dispatching.
  • Microsoft Office: Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data entry and other administrative tasks.
