About the Role

Loloi Rugs is a leading textile brand that designs and crafts rugs, pillows, and throws for the thoughtfully layered home. As a family-owned and led company since 2004, we are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain High-Quality Service Standards: Ensure that all customer interactions meet our company's standards for excellence.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Process and Modify Orders: Navigate our proprietary software to process and modify 45 emailed and/or web-submitted orders daily.
  • Issue Return Authorizations and Process Credits: Resolve shipping discrepancies within 24-48 hours of submission.
  • Process New Accounts: Process an average of 15-20 new accounts per day.
  • Follow-up and Quality Assurance: Identify, assess, and maintain follow-up on customers to ensure satisfaction with the outcome.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments via multiple processing platforms.
  • Departmental Meetings: Attend required departmental meetings.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
  • Shipping Quotes and Services: Provide customers/reps with accurate shipping quotes and services.
  • Work Environment: Possess the ability to organize and maintain a positive and productive work environment, as well as an organized and clean work area.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related work experience in a customer-oriented environment.
