Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison between our customers and our team of technicians, providing product and services information, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers may face.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve product or service problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and provide accurate and valid information to customers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust
  • Provide excellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers and resolve their issues
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Read from scripts and resolve customer complaints via phone or email
Qualifications
  • Proven customer support experience and strong phone contact handling skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and a background check
Compensation

$18.00 per hour
