Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent - Sell to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Website Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive.
- Vehicle Purchase Coordination: Coordinate the pick-up of purchased vehicles from customers' homes, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
