Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our National Accounts team in Dallas, TX. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for opening, dispatching, and maintaining service work orders within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and dispatch work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify receipt of work orders by subcontractors and confirm scheduled completion dates.
  • Follow up with subcontractors to ensure completion of work orders and update status as necessary.
  • Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding customer and subcontractor correspondence.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and faxes, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Close service calls in the system when work is complete.
  • Update customer web-based portals to reflect completed work.
  • Acquire necessary materials to complete jobs.
  • Effectively manage the dashboard to meet customer and FSG SLA requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a call center environment with multiple phone lines and customer service.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
