Your RoleAs a subject matter expert in equity administration, you will educate and mentor team members. You are a self-starter with a keen ability to grasp the broader picture while maintaining attention to detail. Your skills in drafting communications and managing projects will be essential as you drive operational excellence within our Global Equity Programs team.
Your Contributions- Oversee the entire grant process, addressing complexities related to performance metrics and deferred awards, while collaborating with the compensation team to ensure compliance.
- Introduce innovative ideas to enhance existing programs and processes, enabling a scalable and compliant global equity function.
- Develop a global employee services framework, including managing the equity intranet and creating educational materials for employees.
- Co-lead the implementation of equity programs in new countries.
- Work with the team to address employee inquiries, ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Provide backup support for other functional areas and assist in training team members to promote skill development and teamwork.
Your Background
- Experience in equity administration within a public company with complex global equity programs.
- Strong understanding of equity administration and the ability to resolve transaction issues related to RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, and ESPP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a focus on project management.
- Strategic thinker who contributes to process improvements and innovation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with various equity platforms.
- Possession of a Certified Equity Professional (Level 3) designation.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player.
