As a key player in equity administration, you will leverage your expertise in equity platforms to mentor and guide fellow team members. Your proactive approach and quick learning abilities will enable you to grasp the overarching goals of our function while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. You will excel in crafting communications and equity-related materials, alongside managing projects effectively. Your history of driving operational excellence will be invaluable as you collaborate within our Global Equity Programs team, which supports a diverse range of equity initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Oversee the entire grant process, addressing the complexities of performance metrics and deferred awards, while collaborating with the compensation team to establish compliant and efficient procedures.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance and transform existing programs and processes, fostering a flexible, scalable, and compliant global equity programs function.
  • Develop a comprehensive global employee services function, including managing our equity intranet page and creating educational materials for employees.
  • Co-lead the implementation of equity initiatives in new countries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to address employee inquiries, ensuring we meet or exceed service level agreements.
  • Provide backup support for other functional areas and assist in training team members to expand your skill set and foster team resilience.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in equity administration within a public company with intricate global equity programs.
  • Strong understanding of equity administration and the ability to resolve transaction issues related to various equity instruments.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with various equity platforms.
  • Certification as a Certified Equity Professional (Level 3) is preferred.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines while being a supportive team player.
