As a pivotal member of our team, you will serve as a key authority in equity management and the utilization of equity platforms. Your role involves mentoring and guiding fellow team members. You are driven, quick to learn, and possess the ability to grasp and analyze the overarching goals of our operations while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. Your expertise in crafting communications and equity-related materials, coupled with your project management skills, has established you as a leader in operational excellence. You will be an integral part of our Global Equity Programs team, which oversees various equity initiatives.


Your Impact
  • Oversee the complete grant process, addressing the complexities related to performance metrics and deferred awards, while collaborating with the compensation team to implement compliant and effective procedures.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance and transform existing programs and processes, ensuring the global equity programs function remains flexible, scalable, and compliant.
  • Establish a global employee services function, which includes managing office hours, maintaining our equity intranet page, and creating educational materials for employees.
  • Co-lead the expansion of equity enablement into new regions.
  • Work closely with the team to address employee inquiries, ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded.
  • Provide backup support for other areas within the team and assist in training new team members to foster skill development and career growth.

Your Experience
  • Proven experience in equity administration within a public company that manages complex global equity programs.
  • Strong grasp of equity administration functions and the ability to resolve transaction issues related to RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, and ESPP.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and adeptness in navigating various platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of equity platforms.
  • Certified Equity Professional (Level 3) designation is preferred.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a dedicated team player.
