Your Role

As a subject matter expert in equity administration, you will play a crucial role in educating and mentoring team members. Your self-motivation and attention to detail will be essential as you manage communications and equity materials, while also driving operational excellence within our Global Equity Programs team. This team oversees Palo Alto Networks' global equity initiatives, including Restricted Stock Units, Performance Awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Contributions
  • Oversee the entire grant process, addressing complexities related to performance metrics and deferred awards, while collaborating with the compensation team to establish compliant processes.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance existing programs and processes, aiming to create a flexible and scalable global equity function.
  • Develop a global employee services framework, including managing the equity intranet page and creating educational materials for employees.
  • Assist in the rollout of equity programs in new countries.
  • Work with the team to address employee inquiries, ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded.
  • Provide backup support for other functional areas and train team members to foster skill development and team resilience.
Qualifications

Your Background

  • Experience in equity administration within a public company with complex global equity programs.
  • Strong understanding of equity administration and ability to resolve transaction issues related to RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, and ESPP.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with various equity platforms.
  • Certified Equity Professional (Level 3) designation is preferred.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and adaptable to deadlines.
