Lead Integrated Marketing Strategist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Lead to join our Commerce team, focusing on Afterpay and Cash App Pay. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in collaborating with commercial retailers and leading teams to create integrated consumer marketing initiatives that also engage third-party partners. This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in both creative and analytical communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Afterpay's integrated marketing initiatives in the U.S., ensuring alignment with Afterpay International for global brand consistency.
- Develop and implement campaigns that enhance consumer awareness and drive adoption of Cash App's commerce solutions.
- Create and execute a content strategy that effectively communicates our value proposition to our target audience.
- Collaborate with various marketing channels, including B2B and B2C, along with Creative and Data Science teams, to ensure flawless execution of launch plans.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns that support third-party partners during critical retail periods.
- Establish compelling product positioning and oversee the launch and consumer adoption of commerce products.
- Work closely with Customer Insights and Data Science to derive insights that inform campaign strategies.
- Engage with Product and Customer Insights teams to develop feedback mechanisms regarding marketing effectiveness and brand perception.
- Partner with Creative and external agencies to create campaign assets and ongoing content.
- Act as a champion for enhancing the brand's overall aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in integrated marketing.
- Experience in technology, financial services, or retail sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to distill complex information into clear strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data to extract actionable insights.
