Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Lead to join our Commerce team, focusing on Afterpay and Cash App Pay. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing integrated marketing initiatives, particularly in collaboration with commercial retailers and third-party partners. This role demands a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional communication and presentation skills, blending creativity with analytical prowess.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives for Afterpay in the U.S., ensuring alignment with Afterpay International for global brand consistency.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that enhance consumer awareness and adoption of Cash App's commerce solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that effectively communicates our value proposition to our target audience.
- Collaborate with various marketing channels, including B2B and B2C, Creative, Data Science, and communications teams to execute seamless launch plans.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns that support third-party partners during critical retail periods.
- Establish compelling product positioning and oversee the launch and adoption of commerce offerings.
- Work closely with Customer Insights and Data Science to derive insights that inform campaign strategies.
- Partner with Product and Customer Insights to establish feedback mechanisms on marketing effectiveness and brand perception.
- Collaborate with Creative teams and external agencies to develop campaign assets and ongoing content.
- Advocate for enhancing the brand's overall aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in integrated marketing.
- Experience in technology, financial services, or retail sectors is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to distill complex situations into clear plans.
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills.
- A collaborative team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data to extract actionable insights.
