Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance and support to frontline staff, including branch personnel and contact center representatives, addressing member inquiries, escalations, and complaints while interpreting policies and procedures.
  2. Execute administrative functions across all facets of retail banking operations, which includes overseeing workflow, transaction processing, system reporting, audits, and drafting procedural documentation.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues effectively.
  4. Assist in the creation, maintenance, and revision of operational procedures, documenting changes and developing job aids to support frontline staff. This may include delivering training on updated procedures.
  5. Conduct analysis on various data sets, such as audits and transaction discrepancies, providing summaries and recommendations, and drafting memos as necessary.
  6. Oversee system testing and offer recommendations for enhancements that impact both frontline employees and members.
  7. Manage project work assigned by the Senior Manager of Retail Banking Operations, including smaller departmental initiatives.
  8. Support the VP of Retail Banking and Senior Manager in achieving corporate objectives.

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience:
