All new employees at Bethpage are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and support to all frontline personnel (branch and S3 Contact Center) regarding member inquiries, escalations, and complaints, including the interpretation of policies and procedures.
2. Execute administrative tasks across all areas of retail banking operations, including overseeing workflow, transaction processing, system reporting, audits, and writing procedures. Recommend and implement process improvements.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners as necessary to resolve issues effectively.
4. Assist in the creation, maintenance, and revision of all procedures related to retail banking operations. Document changes in processes and develop job aids and other materials to support frontline staff. Training delivery may be required in relation to these procedures.
5. Analyze various data sets, including audits, cash discrepancies, IRA transactional errors, and deposit products. Summarize findings and provide recommendations, which may include drafting memos for employee files.
6. Oversee all system testing, providing recommendations regarding system enhancements and capabilities that impact frontline employees and members.
7. Engage in project work as assigned by the Senior Manager of Retail Banking Operations, including smaller departmental projects managed directly by the Retail Banking Specialist.
8. Assist the VP of Retail Banking and Senior Manager of Retail Banking Operations in achieving corporate objectives.

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience:

Required: 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution or equivalent work experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
