Position Overview:
As an HR Strategic Partner at Pharmavite LLC, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a workplace culture that emphasizes fairness and consistency. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that every interaction with employees reflects our core values and commitment to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of engagement and positive employee experiences across various client groups.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of expertise and leadership to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Engage in well-documented interactive processes with employees requiring reasonable accommodations.
  • Review and suggest updates to internal documents and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Interpret and implement established policies related to employee relations, accommodations, and return-to-work programs.
  • Work closely with management and HR leadership to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to management across designated client groups.
  • Support performance management and succession planning initiatives by advising management on employee development opportunities.
  • Stay informed about federal, state, and local legal requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of affirmative action and diversity initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations to management regarding employment decisions.
  • Represent the organization at unemployment hearings as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: A four-year degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.

Certification: Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR.

Experience:
Minimum of four years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues and a solid understanding of various HR disciplines, including performance management, compensation, employee relations, diversity, and workplace accommodations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR practices, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of federal and state leave regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and others.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to coach employees and management through complex issues.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily in a general office setting, requiring the ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Occasional travel between facilities may be necessary. The role may involve supporting manufacturing operations, which could require working outside of standard hours.

Safety Considerations:
It is essential to perform this role safely, ensuring the health and safety of oneself and others. Compliance with safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in manufacturing areas is mandatory.
