Sales Consultant for Educational Travel Programs

Your Opportunity:
As a Sales Consultant for Educational Travel, you will manage a designated region within the United States, treating it as your own enterprise. Your goal? To motivate educators to broaden their students' horizons by partnering with them to develop international travel initiatives at their institutions. In this sales-focused position, you will engage with various aspects such as marketing, customer retention, operations, and product development, among others. To succeed, you will design a strategic plan for your territory that promotes sustainable growth, tackle business challenges, and collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues globally to enhance the customer experience. Our sales approach prioritizes long-term relationships and consultative dialogues. We will provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support for your professional development.
What You'll Do:
Cultivate and expand a designated territory of current and potential clients through a high volume of daily communications and strategic outreach Collaborate with educators to implement international travel initiatives Proactively seek out new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up to secure new clients Enhance existing key accounts to enable more students and educators to explore the world Operate your territory as a business—identifying, developing, and executing strategies for growth Anticipate and achieve key performance metrics (monthly and quarterly sales targets) Refine your sales techniques and assist clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, online presentations, and face-to-face meetings Guide educators in promoting successful international travel initiatives at their schools Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless customer journey and overall growth in your territory Address incoming inquiries from educators regarding travel-related questions or events Provide support on the emergency line during peak travel periods for educatorsWho You Are:

There is also uncapped bonus potential for exceeding sales targets. Earning potential increases to $65,000 after 12 months, with a further increase to $80,000 at 24 months.
