Position Summary

The Corporate Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and nurturing a robust commercial client portfolio, focusing on large enterprises with substantial real estate assets across various sectors. This role involves acquiring new business while maintaining relationships with existing clients. The consultant collaborates with division management and legal advisors to navigate complex real estate and zoning regulations. They hold ongoing responsibilities for customer relationship management and addressing client needs throughout the entire sales process, including order fulfillment, billing, and follow-up for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes and strengthens client relationships, secures new orders from prospective clients, and expands business with the current client base.
  • Maintains proactive communication with clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Generates lists of potential clients for sales leads using various sources, including industry publications, business directories, and trade shows.
  • Develops and implements a strategic call plan for the assigned territory, including outreach to qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and legal professionals.
  • Evaluates individual client needs and formulates, presents, and executes tailored solutions.
  • Enhances visibility in the marketing area by participating in real estate industry events and community activities.
  • Demonstrates products effectively, utilizing samples or catalogs to highlight key features.
  • Creates and delivers engaging presentations to customer groups, target clients, and collaborating agents.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential title or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid driver's license required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 base. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
