Operational Support: Aid in replenishment efforts to keep the store well-stocked. Participate in visual merchandising tasks, including floor layouts and signage. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Seek opportunities for personal growth and actively request feedback.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Ability to adapt to company technology and strong organizational skills are necessary for success in a fast-paced environment. Regular attendance is crucial to meet company objectives, with flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role involves constant walking and standing, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, and frequent climbing.
COMPENSATION:
The starting pay for this position is $18.30 per hour or the applicable local minimum wage. Part-time associates may participate in the employee assistance and discount programs.
