Sales Territory Manager

As Territory Development Lead at The Gallagher Search Group, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sales plans with Specialty Pet Retailer customers in the Eastern PA, DE, and NYC area. This role aims to deliver revenue and profitability goals within the targeted 3X stores and all customers within the geography by collaboration with customers, distributor representatives, other members of the US team, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the commercial and in-store relationship with Phillips Pet Distributing and retail accounts within the geography
  • Selling, executing, and delivery of new initiatives including the 3X Project
  • Increasing brand awareness and recommendation in-store
  • Leading, selling, and executing in-store fundamentals promotional programs
  • Developing and executing a consumer trial program into the 3X Project accounts
  • Joint business planning
  • Driving additional distribution
  • Developing and deploying selling tools
  • Representing the customer perspective to internal stakeholders
  • Leading internal go-to-market projects
  • Reporting to management as required on sales activity, trends, and other related matters
