- Track projects and opportunities to grow Formica sales in assigned territory
- Advance Formica's position in the market through enhanced partnerships with local distributor branches
- Identify and understand competitive landscape, inclusive of product and distribution
- Finalize and close sales with OEMs and target accounts
- Identify and develop target accounts by creating a value proposition for Formica
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3 + years of relevant experience
- Business to Business (B2B) selling experience preferred
- Selling architecturally specified products preferred
- Overnight travel is required
- Leads by example; ability to motivate others to achieve results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
