Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for leading the business development and sales activities within assigned territory to drive revenue growth and uncover new opportunities for Ormco products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams
  • Provide timely and effective response to customer inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related industry experience, including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
  • Ability to travel with 30% overnight

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage customers
