Orthodontic Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales within assigned territory and uncovering ways to increase sales of core products amongst Ormco's products and solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business development and acquisition activities to achieve sales goals
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with customers, including Orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams
- Balance business retention, expansion, and new account cultivation to drive revenue growth
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date on new products and market trends
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of related industry experience, including customer relationship and account management
- Ability to travel with 30% overnight
- Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills
- Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage customers
