Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, direct customer interactions, and account management within their assigned territory. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills to finalize sales details and close projects with local accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track projects and opportunities to grow Formica sales in assigned territory
  • Advance Formica's position in the market through enhanced partnerships with local distributor branches
  • Identify and understand competitive landscape, inclusive of product and distribution
  • Finalize and close sales with OEMs and target accounts within assigned territory
  • Identify new opportunities for Formica sales within the assigned territory
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3 + years of relevant experience
  • Business to Business (B2B) selling experience preferred
  • Selling architecturally specified products preferred
  • Overnight travel is required
