About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Representative at WEX, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and growth for our market-leading payment product. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new accounts for our fleet card programs across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.

We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals who are adept at generating strong leads, prospecting, and identifying opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with exceptional discovery and presentation skills, along with a strong track record in closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue)

Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion in collaboration with your sales manager

Self-generate leads and build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities

Maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills

Requirements:

3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition

Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment

Ability to sell against the competition

Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills

High degree of territory management capability

Willingness to travel via air or vehicle

Successful completion of a background investigation

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $56,000-$75,000 + Uncapped OTE

Commission-based role with an OTE of $100,000+
