Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter payroll data into our payroll system accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform basic math calculations related to payroll processing.
  • Assist with generating payroll reports and summaries as needed.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Additional coursework or certification in data entry or payroll management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a payroll or accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and payroll software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Accurate and fast data entry.
