Key Responsibilities

  • Manages legal documents and correspondence, such as summonses, trial date notifications, and general communication.
  • Distributes legal correspondence via mail or fax to clients, witnesses, and court officials.
  • Receives and makes phone calls in Spanish and English.
  • Organizes and maintains legal libraries, documents, and case files.
  • Coordinates and schedules appointments.
  • Copies correspondence, documents, and other printed materials.
  • Assists attorneys in gathering necessary information.

Qualifications
