Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Miller Nash LLP is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support the firm's marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will support client-building activities for our industry and client teams, assist with preparing firm communications, and support firm events. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to and work within the firm's client service-focused culture and have strong oral, written communication, and organizational skills.
Candidates should have demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a plus. Skills and previous experience with legal marketing technologies are also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client-building activities for industry and client teams
- Assist with preparing firm communications, including e-alerts, blog posts, and presentations
- Support firm events and other attorney and practice team efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience in a marketing and business development role
- Strong oral, written communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a plus
- Skills and previous experience with legal marketing technologies are preferred
