Job Overview

As a Market Development Representative at Docusign, you will play a critical role in generating new business through targeted outreach and strategic sales efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align Docusign's product offerings with the needs of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospects in Docusign's core vertical markets, offering tailored solutions to solve business process problems
Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise verticals
Utilize CRM strategically to record information and identify further opportunities in your assigned territory
Collaborate with marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent sales-related experience
1+ year of experience in a client or customer-facing role
Prior experience in the SaaS industry is preferred
Driven, enthusiastic, and hard-working nature
Ability to form strong business relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
