POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate plays a vital role in fostering a customer and product-driven sales environment, ensuring that our core values guide all store activities.

This role involves executing various sales operations tasks, including merchandise management, stock processing, and maintaining an organized stockroom. We are passionate about our work and believe that our teams create an extraordinary environment for growth and learning.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Efficiently processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored correctly, tagged appropriately, and easily accessible for restocking on the sales floor, while reorganizing products as necessary to optimize stock space.
  • Ensures timely merchandising and representation of new products.
  • Accurately enters all receiving documentation into the inventory system and reconciles merchandise invoices with received items as applicable. Completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests promptly.
  • Processes visual merchandising materials, props, and signage in a timely manner, and organizes stockroom supplies such as hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Informs store management of cash supply requirements.
  • Assists with visual directives, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
  • Contributes to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in stock management or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Able to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to work efficiently within strict timelines.
  • Demonstrates teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management; familiarity with headsets is beneficial.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for this role to ensure adequate coverage for company objectives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the shift).
