The Administrative Support Specialist is an entry-level position dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations within the clinic. Our specialists are known for their outstanding customer service abilities. This role involves multitasking across various software applications daily.Daily Responsibilities:
Warmly welcomes all visitors to the clinic. Manages appointment scheduling for new referrals received via fax or phone. Confirms insurance eligibility for patients. Processes patient payments efficiently. Keeps the front office area organized and orderly. Performs additional tasks as required.Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Comfortable managing high volumes of phone interactions while delivering excellent service.
