We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to fill the role of Customer Support Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients while possessing a comprehensive understanding of our policies, processes, and product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from the customer service line, processing sample requests and addressing inquiries related to products.
  • Oversee the samples email account, ensuring accurate order entry into the company systems.
  • Facilitate laboratory sample requests and manage associated documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and backorder statuses in collaboration with the warehouse and sales representatives.
  • Assist in fulfilling material bank requests and provide leads to the Inside Sales team.
  • Disseminate company communications to both clients and team members.
  • Manage customer purchase orders from initiation through to delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Educate clients about our product offerings and services.
  • Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation for both domestic and international orders.
  • Track open orders and provide timely updates on their status.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data entry or customer service within a manufacturing context is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish or French is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with various ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
  • Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and a robust work ethic.
  • Flexible working hours with core hours from Monday to Friday.
