  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our community operates with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness, meeting the needs of our residents and their families.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a culture of customer excellence, ensuring that our residents and their families receive exceptional care and services.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring that our community remains competitive and grows in a sustainable way.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to drive operational excellence, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and services to residents and their families.
  • Team Development: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Business Development: Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
