MVP Recruitment, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director (LNHA) to lead a 140-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center, as well as support a 40-bed Assisted Living community.
Job SummaryAs the Executive Director (LNHA), you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing and rehab center, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Leadership: Managing the overall operations of the facility, including Long-term Care, Memory Care, and Short-term Rehab programs.
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Quality Improvement: Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
- Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and service to residents.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
