The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and will be adept at managing calendars and travel arrangements. A proactive self-starter with a background in legal or financial matters is highly preferred, though not mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, compile, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Generate accurate correspondence and manage its flow through the organization's digital systems.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense or Department of the Navy Military Manpower Reporting Systems is a plus.
  • Attend significant meetings and accurately record minutes.
  • Screen incoming correspondence and reports, assess their importance, and prioritize documents accordingly.
  • Manage incoming calls and visitors, determining priority and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Compile and maintain records, statistical data, and reports.
  • Establish and uphold various filing and records management systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information within databases.
  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
  • Process daily attendance reports.
  • Maintain courteous and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Resolve daily administrative and operational issues.
  • Maintain and update calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
