About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as a Regional Clinical Development Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our clinical operations across multiple centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative strategies to elevate clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavior analysis services aligned with our organization's standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and excellence in our services.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of behavior analysts and clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Innovative Program Development: Collaborate with teams to design and implement cutting-edge, evidence-based interventions for clients.
  • Regional Oversight: Travel to various centers, actively engaging with local teams and ensuring consistent excellence in our services.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to assess program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Leadership experience highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
  • Clinical expertise of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
  • Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
  • Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children to 50 lbs., on occasion.
